Essential (7.2 abv) is an American Strong ale, brewed in honor of the essential workers who have kept our communities running and have taken care of all of us through this public-health emergency: The nurses and doctors and pharmacists, the health care workers and hospital staff; the teachers and child care workers and school staff; the police and firefighters and EMTs; grocery store workers and food-supply workers and farmers; public-health officials and medical researchers; warehouse workers and delivery people and mail people; air-traffic controllers and public-transport workers; the people working in factories making PPE; the people who deliver meals-on-wheels; the news people who keep us informed; public officials who keep our institutions running. We raise a glass to all of you, in deep gratitude for your essential service.
